premier party props will continue to strive and provide great customer service. Premier party props will provide quality prop rentals in the best conditions. We try to have the best quality Props available.
Customer Responsibility
​
Venue Access & Setup Requirements: To ensure a smooth setup, we kindly ask that the client provides access to the venue at least two hours before the event start time. Convenient vehicle parking near the venue entrance is also needed to help with unloading and setup.
Power Requirements: For rentals that require electricity, the client is responsible for providing adequate power sources. Please note that Premier Party Props does not supply extension cords, so we ask that all necessary cords be available on-site.
Rental Duration: All items provided by Premier Party Props—including props, furniture, and decor—are rented for a 24-hour period. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, we will return the following day to collect all rental items.

Changes to Order
​
STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.
Once payment is completed, your order is considered confirmed, and our rental agreement becomes active. You have a 24-hour window following payment to make any changes or cancellations to your order. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds.
Please note that same-day cancellations or rescheduling are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Customer may add items to the order, subject to the same terms. Customer acknowledges that any changes to orders after the first 24 hours are subject to store credit. Store credit may be used for the same items as the original order or items of equal or more value. Store credit will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from when the original order was placed.

Liability
​
Please ensure that all gates, doorways and any other entry points are wide enough for our team to enter through safely to avoid damages to our props and/or property. All prop dimensions are listed on our website under the prop description. We are not liable for any damages, niches, and/or scratches to property if the entryway is not wide enough for access.​
​
Customer is responsible for the safety and reliability of the event venue and its furnishings. Customer is also responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to premier party props employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by premier party props.

Payments & Security Deposit
​
50% of the total invoice amount is required to secure your event date. If the customer cancels the order more than 24 hours after confirmation, Premier party props will retain the deposit & customer is subject to store credit and will be held on file for one (1) full calendar year from when the original order was placed.
​
Credit card authorization form must be filled out for each event for security purposes and for any damaged or loss of prop rentals.
​
Delivery
​
Our rentals are 24-hour rentals. We will deliver the day of the event and return the next day for pick up unless scheduled otherwise.
​
Every order requires a minimum amount to qualify for delivery. Events located within 10 miles from our work studio in fuquay varina has an order minimum of $75. Events located over 10 miles but less than 20 has an order minimum of $100. Events located over 20 miles from our location have an order minimum of $150.
​
Delivery fees are based upon mileage and order size.
​
Monday-Saturday delivery and pick-ups begin after 7am.
Sunday delivery and pick-ups begin after 8 am.

Before hours delivery/Pick Up: $100

Pick-ups end at 10 pm unless after hours fee is scheduled.
​
2-hour time frame is required unless additional fees are paid in advance.

After 10 pm after hours pick-up: $100

If drivers arrive to the event during the client scheduled timeframe, and are unable to obtain Premier Party Props property, client must pay an additional $200 fee for next day pick-up or return the rented items themselves to Premier Party Props Base Location.

If the set-up/labor fee is paid for, and drivers are not able to access venue/freight elevator upon delivery, then the set-up/labor fee will not be refunded.

​​​​​Damage and Loss
​
In the event that equipment provided by premier party props is damaged or lost due to the actions of event attendees or of staff not employed by Premier party props, Customer agrees to pay for all repair or replacement up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping and handling.
Please be advised, any damage to Props will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.
This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:

Damage caused by Wind / Water / Extreme heat or cold.

Damage from moving props that are to remain stationary.

Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after the conclusion of the event. All visible damage will be photographed on-site whenever possible.
premier party props will provide a documented damage/loss report with costs included within 3 days after the event. Customer must pay for the damage or loss upon receipt of the Premier Party props report.
premier party props has the right to refuse business to anyone.

Outdoor Event Setup
​
We are proud to offer beautiful and memorable décor for outdoor events. To ensure transparency and clear expectations, please carefully review the following policy regarding outdoor setups: Weather & Environmental Conditions
Once setup is complete and we have left the event site, we are not responsible for any damage or disruption caused by:

Wind, rain, heat, or other weather conditions

Unforeseen environmental factors such as uneven ground, mud, dust, or insects
-
Any interference from animals, children, or unauthorized individuals
-
It is the client’s responsibility to monitor weather conditions and provide any necessary backup plans (such as a tent or indoor alternative).

Clients are expected to communicate these terms to their event team, venue, and guests as needed.

By booking with us and allowing an outdoor setup, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Please note: Outdoor setups are not covered under any form of warranty or guarantee once we leave the premises.

Client & Guest Interference
​
Once the setup is complete:

We are not responsible for any damage, instability, or malfunction caused if the décor is moved, touched, or altered in any way by the client, their guests, or event staff.

Any modifications made after our team departs are done at the client’s own risk and release us from all liability.
-
We do not return to the site to make adjustments unless arranged in advance.
